GTX 750 in Dell Optiplex 755

Hi,

I have Dell optiplex 755 (C2D e7300, 4GB, GT 520, 305w stock PSU).

I want to upgrade my graphics card. And I have found this one:

Just wanna know whether it will fit in my case and will my PSU be able to handle it?

it will fit if you have the mini tower version if it is the other the answer is no

And Will my PSU be able to handle it? Because a person was saying that it says 305w but actually its 205w.

It barely fits, very tight. PSU is ok - MT has 305 watt.
Just disable onboard graphic chip and uninstal existing graphic driver prior to installation of 750.
