Xbox 360 Controller Won't Connect To PC

Hello, I just received my 3rd party Xbox 360 receiver and it powers up fine but it doesn't detect my device. I tried to go to device manager but it still doesn't work. I have the Code 10 error "device doesn't start". Please help! Thank You!

Get the drivers from the Microsoft website install them connect the recover go to device manager select the device probally unknown device right click and select install drivers go to the option for manually select from your computer under Microsoft common controller class there should be Microsoft wireless reciver

I received a small disk and I cannot put it inside my laptop since the floppy disk doesn't come out so I cannot put it inside and it got stuck but it managed to get it out.

The disk comes out by itself. The tray doesn't.

yeah i just did abit of looking on the laptop you had didnt realise the disk tray itself doesnt eject lol check the link i posted
