How to run far cry 4 without black stripes on sides of the screen?

I'm playing far cry 4 with this laptop
Core i5-4210u
R7 m265
4 GB Ram 1366x768
It's LAG!! so I change the screen resolution to 800x600 but I got black stripes on sides of the screen. How can I play this game without black stripes?

You'll want to try a resolution that's 16:9. Perhaps 960x540.

Stretching an 800x600 image to fit a widescreen display will result in weird proportions on everything.

Alternatively, you could run the game at 1366x768 with lowered settings.

I set to 1366x768 but I got 14 fps
My laptop can't handle it.
Can I custom resolution like you said (960x540)?

Yes you can, but it involves editing the registry and being careful not to exceed your display's refresh rate. Make sure you make a backup copy of the registry key if you do this.
