If it will help I will include my system parts at the end of this.

This began some where near a week or two ago, but ASRock's A-Tuning software will no longer load after boot. If i either enable auto run at start-up or quickly open the program i will run fine and everything will work. However if i either close the program or wait and then open it i recieve what appears to be an error message stating "p!=0 failed - c:\program files (x86)\Embarcadero\rad studio\7.0\include\atl/atlbase.h#511" I should add that I personally have never installed Rad studio, however I do not know of any of my other programs which use it. It also does not appear in the programs and features menu, or even in the (x86) directory.

The program will never load, I have tried multiple times. I have to run A-Tuning v1.0.17, which has majorly cut down features. When running the install disk which came with the motherboard it tries to install v2.0.44, any version later than v1.0.17 simply produces the exact same result. I have contacted ASRock support and they have suggested the following:

- There may be some registry issue - I have searched through all of the registy and nothing related to embarcadero appears
- Try installing v2.0.222 - Tried and got the exact same issue
- It could be related to XFast lan or XFast Ram - Uninstalled both and then reinstalled A-tuning, no luck. Xfast ram reinstalls with this anyway.
- Try running the application by the .exe file - Tried, no luck as expected.

Occasionally when trying to install a later verison I recieve another error message which suggests that it was unable to "replace" the IOMonitorSRV.exe file (Access denied) I say "Replace" in speech marks as this is from having uninstalled A-Tuning.

ASRock have been very nice so far and I really hope I can get some more clarification and suggestions for what to do. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

My system:
ASRock z87 Extreme 4
Intel i5 4670K
Samsung 840 evo (Boot) - 120GB
Seagate barracuda (Main drive) - 2TB
Corsair vengeance lp - 16GB

EVGA NEX750G - 750W Gold cert
EVGA ACX cooler
Samsung sh-224
Windows 7 pro

To reset the whole system isn't a good solution. :-(
I've got exactly(!) the same problems on an QC5000-ITX with AMD A4-5000 processor.

I think it's only a (hidden) wrong string or value in the registry.
Deleting of some "ASROCK"-values in there were also not helpful...

Is there nobody who can help us??

Thanks
