I recently upgraded my psu and gpu to a tr2 600w psu and a r9 270x gpu. right after i upgraded the psu and gpu i tried starting the computer in normal mode then after 5-10min of the windows logo screen the whole computer turns off. now in safe mode it runs fine. Is it that my wall outlet cant suply enough power to my psu or is it something else. I already deleted previous gpu driver yet i cant download new drivers in safe mode.
Current Build
i7 2.93 ghz
R9 270X
tr2 600watt
Windows 7

Hi

You should be able to get safemode with networking
then go to AMD or maker of the r9 270x for the correct graphics driver

or use another PC and transfer the driver via a usb memory stick

is your Windows 7 x32 or x64 ?

have you fully uninstalled the old drivers & associated software using Control Panel / Programs & Features or some other method?

You said 'deleted the gpu driver' . It is not clear what you mean by this.

what was your old graphics card?

I presume the new PSU has 2 x 6pin pci-e connectors which are both connected to match the graphics card input
a good quality 500W psu should be OK
