What motherboard should i buy for this upgrade? and few more Q.

Yes , hello everybody. So i am thinking about upgrading my pc. Actually i want to upgrade 3 items, my cpu , gpu and motherboard.. and psu if needed.
So yep let's dar with that , i have now:
* HDD 1TB samsung HD103Sj and i don't think that i need new one.
* Later on i have 2x4Gb DDR3 1333Mhz ram , thats enough for start..
* Next i need to change gpu , now i have almost dead GeForce GT 440 GDDR5 128bit 512mb
* Motherboard Asus M4N68T V2 which i prob. need to change becouse it has am3 socket, and new cpu requaires am3+
* Also i h And i have brand new 500W psu , i dont know if it's enough for my new build..
So i am planning on buying these things:
cpu - AMD fx-6300 or AMD fx-6350
gpu - Geforce GT730 1Gb GDDR5 64bit or Geforce GT750 2Gb GDDR5 128bit
And i dont't really know which motherboard should i choose for these things..
P.s. i dont need cd rom's card readers or smth. like that. Thanks for help in advance!

Budget around 250eu without psu if new one really needed. Psu is technoware model i think "Free Silent 500" I2 FAN 500

Never heard of it. I wouldn't trust it with much. I recommend changing it as soon as possible. I recommend getting a quality one. XFX, Seasonic, Antec, Evga 500b or 600b are ok for budget setups too. I would go more with something like this. An i3 is faster, and uses less power, than FX. Also you have more upgrade options, as you could install an i5/i7/E3 Xeon 1230v3 or better.

But intel , for same prices i can get only dual core. And amd is 6cores x4Ghz or even 8cores , its a little more expensive here are specs of it

The i3's cores are more powerful than FX 6300's cores. It takes a healthy overclock, on an FX 6300, to catch an i3 haswell. With your budget, and psu, that isn't gonna happen. Some titles the i3 beats even the FX 8350. More cores don't do much good when most games cannot take advantage of them, and said cores are slow. Current FX architecture is 2+ years old tech, and AM3+ is dead. AMD is starting over, from scratch, with a new CPU that will be on a new platform. Sadly, it won't be out till next year sometime.

and is there big difference in video cards between GDDR3 and GDDR5?

You do not want the DDR3 version. It is far slower. If you go GTX 730, you want the 64 bit, GDDR5 version. That motherboard will not work with that i3. Different sockets. You need an LGA 1150 motherboard. Since that is a 4130, any 1150 board will do. H81, B85, H87, Z87,H97,Z97 are the chipsets to look for. The GTX 750 is a good deal faster than the 730.

Okay , so GDDR3 flies away. Next question - gpu 128 bit and 64bit , big difference? And its better GTX750 or GTX730 is enough with that build?

and so motherboard, must be something like that asrock ?

For the 730, you want the 64bit GDDR5. I do not think there are multiple variants, of the GTX 750, so any should do. Yes, that Asrock board would work with the 4130 you linked earlier. Either graphics card will be better than what you have. Get the GTX 750, if you can afford it though. It is a far better card.

And one thing about these motherboards , most of them have 2 ram slots and max is 16Gb of ram , is that enough for long time , or should i look with 4 slots/32gb max?

16gb ram is still plenty, for the vast majority of people. 32gb is really only for people running heavy cad programs, multiple VM's, maybe some high end video editing and such. Power users, I guess you could call them.

FX series is not better for gaming, because they have to be overclocked to compete, and that costs more money. By the time you build an FX 6300 machine, to properly overclock, you could get a faster i5, with an H81 or B85 board. Even @ 4.5ghz, an FX 6300/6350 can't catch my older i5 3570k @ it's stock 3.4ghz. The i3 is ranked above the FX 6300.

Also FX 6300 needs to match FX 6350 speeds, at minimum, to beat an older i3 ivy bridge. The i3 4150 is clocked higher and the architecture is 5-10% faster than that of an i3 3225.

Some titles, FX does really well in. Crysis 3 and BF4 they hold their own fairly well, considering their age. Most games, not so much. FX is inconsistent, in its performance.

But fx-6350 is way better than i3? is next best after i5? And fx-8300 is for same price as i3 3240.. And i5 is far far away. Becouse now i have athalon II x3 3.2ghz , well i can say it was superb , but time has come for changes

Again, the performance is inconsistent. Take FC4, for instance, an i3 beat FX 8350. Also the i3, in that slide is clocked slower and a generation older than the 4150. An FX 6350 would be about even, on average, with the i3 4150. The 4150 also uses far less power. There is not upgrade path, with FX. AM3+ is dead.

So in my head there are two possible builds now
*First one:
CPU - intel i3
Motheboard - asrock
GPU - GTX750 2GB GDDR5
*Second one:
CPU - intel i3
Motheboard - asrock
GPU - GT730 2gb GDDR5

second one ofc is cheaper. And how strong psu should be for each? Maybe for second one , psu i have now would be enough?

First one - 298,62 €
Second one - 248,42 €

The 750 is a good deal faster than the 730. Fortunately neither need a very powerful PSU. They only require like a 300w minimum. The psu you have now will probably work, as I doubt it is worse than the junk that OEM's use, and those cards are targeted at the OEM crowd, due to their low power requirements. I do recommend changing it as soon as you can, though.
