So i recently buildt my very first own pc. I booted it up from a usb with windows 8.1 and everything went fine. I managed to install windows with no problems. Then i noticed the CPU cooler fan werent spinning, but the two others were. I tried unplugging it, and plugging it back in, but now my entire computer wont start anymore. If i try to unplug it and plug it back in still with the power on, the pc starts for half a minute then shuts down again, not sending any images to my monitor.
(Note: English is not my native language)

- Specs -

Cooler Master X Dream CPU cooler

Cooler Master 550W PSU

8GB Corsair Vengance DDR3

Kingston 120GB SSD

Intel i5-4460

Asus h81i-Plus motherboard

The other two fans are stock (Bitfenix Prodigy)

Solution
You can try that "clear cmos",googled it already?

You can do it by moving the right jumper for 5 sec.,read the manual to see which one or take the motherboard battery of for about 5 min..Do this with the pc totally of the power.
If it works do you need to go into the bios and set it to the optimal default values again.
You may have shorted the motherboard by connecting the cpu fan wrong, another "maybe reason" why it doesn't not work.

How does it do with the stock cooler?

How did you connect these two?

The other two fans are stock (Bitfenix Prodigy)
there's only one second fan header beside the one for the cpu cooler.

Tried a clear cmos to see if helps? Load,in the bios, the optimal default values after this.Well if you can get into it after this.

It does the same with the stock cooler. I i try to unplug it then plugging it back in, the pc starts for a minute, then shuts down again. It wont respond to the power button either.

Explain to me what to do like if i were your aunt or smth?

How stupid of me!
Anyways, i've read the manual, and attached the fans to the right headers. Still, no sign of life when i push the power button. Im starting to believe im doing something obviously wrong, as it has started before.

Thanks for the answers!

So today i put together the build again, pushing the power button just in case it would work, and it did! While putting the last case cover in place, i accidentally touched some cables. So it powered off again.
I guess the issue are some PSU cables that are bad? (Or maybe my computer building-skills are bad). Atleast i've now got the system up and running again.
