I Installed Windows 8.1 On My Windows 7 Laptop Now It Can`t Detected My Graphic Card Display Port . I Tried To Install But It Say It Is Not Compatible So I Did Registry Hack To Make My Display Work It Worked But Then The Graphic Card Is Not Compatible So Now I Can`t Play Any Games (like- Call Of Duty,Minecraft)

You have an old chipset driver that is not supported with Windows 8. Your graphics card is the Intel GMA 3150. I say first download the drivers off the site http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/highlights/graphics/gma3150 then go ahead and check out the tutorial here: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-1656437/install-intel-display-drivers-windows.html

Don't worry about it, you haven't killed anything or done harm. No damage has been done. A lot of people have this problem on the route to Windows 8 and 8.1.
