Help me build a budget gaming PC

Hey folks,
Planning to build a new PC so can you guys tell me if this PC will support games like Farcry 4, Hardline, and all new titles. Also if there is any upgrades that I have to do, pls let me know...

NOTE:My budjet is $1100.All these products below cost me almost $1170 in my country!

Also which PSU is good? The coolermaster thunder 550w or raidmax rx 650W (reasons please)

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20GHz(Can I manage new games with this CPU without bottleneck)
Gskill Ripjaws 2 X 4GB DDR3 @ 1600MHz (Is Ripjaws a good brand for gaming if not suggest any?)
Sapphire TOXIC R9 270X 2GB OC edition(Does this card support new games)
Seagate 2TB Harddrive
Gigabte G1.Sniper B5 Gaming motherboard (Is this board good for gaming?)
Coolermaster Thunder 550W(Or Raidmax Rx-650W)

the coolmaster is the better unit. look for a better 650w unit for gaming. if your power supply is not good under gaming load the pc will lock up or shut down.

gskills areies ram is there newer ram. cosair/crusial also makes good ram.

if you can save up a little more cash try getting the 280/280x the higher end gpu have more prossing cores and in the higher end games will get your more frame rates.
Gigabte G1.Sniper B5 Gaming motherboard (Is this board good for gaming?)
look for a h97 mb. the b are fine but cant take newer brodwell cpu if in a few years you want to upgrae to a newer cpu.

cooler master and raidmax don´t have good quality units in general :
mixed OEM manufacturers , low quality capacitors ,
from mediocre to bad performance (ripple suppression , voltage regulation etc.)
(except for CM - V series made by seasonic)

you want to look for seasonic (G , S12II) , XFX or antec (edge,TPC) ,
rosewill capstone series , evga B2/G2 , super flower leadex or golden green models ...
