I was trying to pair my Iphone to my Laptop and it just wouldn't find it no matter how close my phone was to it. I went into Device Manager and noticed that I needed to update it and when I tried to it says "Access Denied". I'm on windows 8, I have uninstalled it and re-installed twice once regularly and once in compatibility mode which didn't help. Any ideas?
