1. What kind of FPS can I expect in the Metro redux @ 1080p/Maxed Out(Besides SSAA)
2.What Kind Of FPS can I expect in a heavily modded Skyrim
3. what FPS can I expect in Crysis 3 @ 1080p/Maxed out with a bit of AA

I plan on overclocking a month after I build the PC so what FPS could I expect At Stock/OC

80fps+ on all of them
That build is really good
I would maybe change the CPU cooler for a 212 evo if you're not going to be heavily multi tasking or making a huge oc
But if you are, then go for a corsair H100i instead
They're much cheaper

Maybe changing the GPU to a EVGA instead
If you can, get a superclocked EVGA

I plan on doing heavy overclocking to the CPU which is why I chose the Noctua and the Gigabyte 970 is also the best overclocker of all the 970's
Could I get 80+FPS on them at stock
