Sure can't find fault with any of that. Looks like it will be a great build. Everything is compatible. Keep in mind, you won't be gaining anything with the i7 over the i5 in gaming. If you want to save $100 (or put it elsewhere) the i5-4690K is unbeatable for gaming.

change the power supply to evga B2 or G2, dont go for B1 or G1

The NEX is tier 3, but still adequate. But the above will be better... and more expensive.
