Desktop witch one?

Solution
I realize you do not want to build your own, but just look at the price comparison. Since the links you've provided did not list too much in the way of specifications, I added in what I felt would be likely candidates.

Those are both incredibility overpriced systems, probably due to the lease to own arrangement. I would estimate them at roughly $1000 systems. They are charging 3 times or more that amount.

Just as one simple quick example, THIS is a much better computer, add a $200 (or less) monitor and you are still under $1000 CAD.

If you cannot afford it now, wait as it is not worth the huge interest in a lease to own scam.

I would watch Newegg Canada for sales on a good computer that will be way less expensive than those, they have many nice pre-built machines at a variety of price ranges, but for $3000 you can get the absolute best out there now, not just some scam. Look at your budget and post your desired price and upper limit and other users can chime in with their opinions on your best buy.

Do not do this.

You really, really, really do not want to go down this road.
The first is, after all payments, $3640
The second, 4056

Either of which is maybe a $1000 PC. Maybe. I have a HD6670 in one of my PC's. Almost 3 years old.

Do not do this.
104 weeks...2 years. It is already out of date and obsolete. How good will it be in 2017, when you finally pay it off?

In addition...many of these lease to own are known to add specific tracking software, directly in the BIOS.

Do not do this.

Others have rated the cost of your systems at around $1000. I'd say it's closer to $650 or 1/6 the cost. I realize that finances are probably the reason you'd want to go with this type of lease program, but I cannot stress enough just how badly you're being over-charged.

Even if you don't want to build your own system you will get ripped off buying that. It's an extremely sub par system with an FX-4130. At $39 for a week for 104 weeks, you'll be paying over $4,000 when all is said and done. You could get an X99 system with 32GB of RAM and dual Titan X's for that. But really if you can't build your own, buy the parts and take them to a local PC shop where someone will build it for you. But seriously, read the fine print - you will get hosed big time from those rent-a-wreck places like that.

Another thing to look out for is the warranty. Sure you pay for it for 104 weeks but the warranty is gone in how many? 52? What do you do when it breaks and now you are paying for another computer plus the broken one.

This happened to friends of mine buying from one of those home shopping tv channels just because they had credit there. $2000 worth of laptops (which retailed at just over $1000 for both) are both dead and out of warranty yet they will be paying that $20 month for many more years to come. And now they dont have anything but a bill...

Dont do this!!! Save up until you have the cash!
