H7 has dethroned the EVO , as the best budget cooler.

The Cryorig H7 is a stellar performer at this price point, and may have the nicest build and finish among its competitors. The only possible downside could be the fan noise, which while not overly loud, does have a somewhat odd tonality that can become intrusive at highest fan speeds. However, one needs to keep in mind that it is a small intrusiveness next to the former class champ 212 EVO, which is significantly louder. All in all, Cryorig hit the mark again with a solid performer that sits at the top of its class and, with a little tweaking of the fan curve, provides an excellent all-around experience. The Cryorig H7 Universal is highly recommended for anyone looking for top class cooling without paying a premium for it, and is the recipient of the Hi Tech Legion Gold Award.
