Should I RMA my RAM stick?

It only seems to crash at load or gaming, everything else seems fine

Go into windows event log and tell me which error you're getting. Sounds like display driver has stopped responding.

Try reinstalling your video card drivers and downloading the newest ones. See if that fixes your problem.

I think it is something to do with software/drivers. I was able to game perfectly fine Thursday, Infact I was gaming pretty much all day. The crashes seemed to start yesterday. I plan to change my HDD, I think I will do that tomorrow and see if a fresh install fixes things. Would you recommend upgrading to Windows 8.1?
