Will a Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 and a R7-260X be compatible with eachother?

So. basically I'm new to PC Gaming and I just wanted to know if an Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 and R7-260X would be able to be compatible with eachother with no problems? The Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 motherboard has 1 x PCI 1 x PCIEx x1 1 x PCIEx x16. Would I have any problems? Sorry for being such a newbie.

The only issue is since it is a micro sized mobo, you should make sure to get a case that is big enough to physically fit the card.

And also the power supply is powerful enough to power it.
