Would these pc parts work together?

Building a gaming pc for as close to 1000 as I can, and am already over budget by 100 haha. Just trying to make sure sure everything works, thanks :).

Solution
You're welcome :D

Well, It's tier 3, i would go for tier 2 or tier 1.

Also, do you plan on going SLI in the future? Because if you want to go SLI with a Nvidia card you need to use a z87 or z97 motherboard.

If you're looking for the cheaper non-sli/non-crossfire option:

That power supply is low quality, get something like a Rosewill Capstone or XFX :)

Oh and, you got a overclockable CPU on a non-overclocking motherboard. Change to a z97/z87 motherboard.

forgot to mention were dealing in canadian prices and shipping. weve been pretty much just using the newegg canada website.
we changed the psu, hd, disk drive, and ram like you suggested, but not the motherboard. we dont plan on overclocking and on the canadian site the part is $50 more then the one we have picked out.
is there a cheaper cpu we could use if we dont plan to overclock?
also, what do u think of this psu? it was about the same price on the newegg canada website

You could always change the GPU to a 960 :)

More expensive option.

You can crossfire in this build, though. If you find yourself unable to run a certain game, just buy another card to crossfire it.

I do recommend to buy a higher watt power supply if you want to crossfire the 290s though, like a 1000W PSU. But make sure It's tier 2 or tier 1: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
