I wanted to know if it mattered what pc slot i put my gpu in it looks better in the 2nd slot because of my window here is the motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132116
Does it matter which pci slot i put my card in? here is my motherboard specs please help.

some mb it does matter if you want full speed from your gpu. it depends on how the vendor wires the slots from the cpu and pci bridge. most mb with three video card slots the first slot is wires at 16x for one and then the next slot and first slot are wired to run 8x with two gpu. most time the last slot wired for 4x fixed. you can see the speed in the mb guild.
