computer really noisy all of sudden

i noticed after playing a game yesterday my computer was making a lot more noise then it usually does like a fan running at full throttle i recorded it on my ipod to but not sure where I can share the audio for others to hear


computer specs if it helps
cpu: fx-4100
cpu cooler: corsair h60
gpu: amd hd7770
XTREMEGEAR 600 WATT POWER SUPPLY

I have this issue sometimes. What is your current fan setup? I managed to fix it by putting 2 intake fans on he side of the case but the fan that got really noisy was the rear (back) exhaust fan and It went up to about 2900 rpm. The reason It does this Is because lots of heat is generated while gaming, mainly from your GPU and your computer sees that heat and thinks: Right let's put the fans at full blast to get rid of this hot air.
