So a while back I accidentally turned on a setting that, as far as I can remember, is supposed to play a sound whenever an audio recording device is started up. This extends to things like using push to talk in online games. It also plays whenever I switch to the "Recording" tab in the sound dialogue box (the same one where you can change system sounds). For the life of me I cannot remember where this setting is and how to turn it off, so I d love if someone could tell me where in the world it s at.
