Wierd Crash/Freeze NEED HELP !

Hi guys so my computer just randomly crashed and i dont know what happend i think it has to do with like a sata or chip driver atleast because when i updated one of them wich gives you intel rapid storage technology it has been acting up i checked the even viewer and here is what it said: Intel(R)Managment Engine Interface driver has failed to perform handshake with the Firmware btw it was not a bluescreen of Death just a freeze the mouse froze and everything and i could'nt click any buttons on the keyboard Thanks in enhance

how do i do that ? And does it really have to do with this ?

Control panel->programs and features->left hand panel view installed updates use search type in KB3033929 then remove it you will then want to hide the update to prevent it from installing again.
Then you need to update the bios for your motherboard that should fix the problem.

Are you sure thats it because it clearly was an Intel message as i quoted and i think i allready have the newst version of my BIOS
