I cleaned it all good everywhere, REAL Carefully from the dust. CPU'box cooler' GPU RAM 'i only have 1 stick 4gb' psu , changed the paste then i've put it back together and FORGOT to plug in 4PIN processor connector to mobo and cpu fan connector. as is i turned on the computer and all ive got black screen no beep no nothing, fans are going and i coul've not turn it off with the power button on case so i just switched the psu power button, did it twice, then realized i didnt put the cpu power and the fan, so i did plugged em' in.
Before turning it on the next time, i plugged of the graphics card so i can use the mobo graphics + changed the ram slot and plugged off the HDD , switched the bios battery and cleaned up a bit of term paste , left only a little after all.

Little update: It turns on now, black screen and beeps 10 or 11 times . Exactly how - first its two short beeps then in a second it beeps 8 times -short- and after 4sec beeps 1-short- once more.

So i think its 11 beeps

My mobo runs AMI BIOS and i read the following :

10 short CMOS shutdown Read/Write error
11 short Cache Memory error

btw monitor is connected to the motherboard and switched memory module between slots

Answering your question :

How i cleaned it : i disassembled everything off the case, put all separately on my desk, then part by part i took them outside and was blowing off the dust . It's sunny, no clouds today, a bit cold though. i also used cotton chunk to clean but very gentle :p then ive put it all back in case without connecting cpu fan and cpu 4pin conector. i turned it on and had this problem , i could've not to turn it off so i had to switch the power on PSU, then i turned it on and off this exact way again two times. Im curious if it was bad. After all i plugged ram in another slot , unplugged graphics and hdd , monitor is working with MOBO graphics card

You wrote "Im curious if it was bad. After all i plugged ram in another slot , unplugged graphics and hdd , monitor is working with MOBO graphics card" So it POST and you can see the BIOS screen? Blowing dust can push dirt in the slots; did you use a magnifier glass to make sure they are clean? Why did you have to clean your PC like that? Because the case has no filters and the PC is installed in a filthy environment?

You got me there, it is installed in filthy environment, in my desk, and i haven't cleaned it since 2013 it was noisy and had a lot of dust.. a lot. Besides i cleaned it this way before and it worked perfectly fine :C
So, what do i do with 11 Beeps ?
