So thats my router gateway ip and it is correct, when I ping it on cmd the ping is good, also on cmd ipconfig thats the gateway ip address so I know its right, beside i've accessed it before on another computer.

Here though, there is a program running called Killer Network Manager, it has a K mark running on systry, I opened it up to see if it has some option thats blocking that and couldn't find anything to change in there, Ive also tried uninstalling it as a whole and it gave me tons of issue, first I couldn't connect to the internet, im guessing its the driver thats responsible for the ethernet port itself on the motherboard, so I reseted my pc changes to bring the K (software) back.

Still can't access gateway ipadress of the router.

by the way internet is working fine.

This invalid IP address. One byte (eight bits) can store numbers from 0 to 255.
Your router' address is more probably 192.168.1.1. You can check that by opening a command prompt, executing "IPCONFIG /ALL", and looking for a line reading "DHCP Server address", this would be your router address.
