I'm planning to build a gaming PC. Specs are :

CPU : Intel Core i7 4770
MOB : MSI Z97 GAMING 3
GPU : MSI GTX 970
RAM : 16GB*
PSU : *
Casing : *
HDD : 1TB*
SSD : 120GB*

I don't need optical drive and operating system.I need only these main things.

It is okay if it exceeds few bucks. But not much
Finally, if there are any alternatives for any of these parts, mention it also.

*Please specify the brand and model that covers the budget

I appreciate your concern very much.
Thank You

Solution
This is pricing what you say that you want, although I made a few changes so that you can later add a second GTX970 to extend the like of the system and if you decide to overclock, the memory will help, and you will need to buy a CPU cooler.

This is not too much over budget.

For gaming you do not need 16Gb and there are a couple of other ways to shave the cost down, but I'd like your input first.

you need to pick the CPU up in person from a MicroCenter (or get a friend/relative to do it) The system costs about $60 more otherwise.

Solution

I know it's over budget, but not much, and if the OP drops to 8GB or tells us that they do not want to overclock, or SLI, then it can easily get under the limit. I look at long-term data and average returns. Not enough in it for me.

No one says "Digital animation pc" or what ever for a pc that runs such applications. Appreciate help friend.Thank You

I'm aware of that. Thanks. I know how to read. I asked where he said he was ONLY gaming.

You cannot just assume everyone is dumb and wants an i7 for games. This person CLEARLY did their research and decided, based on the programs they plan to use, that the i7 is what they need.

I don't want to sound snotty. The i7 4790-k is a 4.0Ghz CPU with 4.4Ghz, and faster than any non-overclocked i5. That's a reason (a bad one admittedly) for putting this chip in a non-overclocking motherboard. or ignoring hyperthreading.

I usually answer the question that is asked and offer suggestions or ask for clarification. I also make judgments based on the OP's selections and language. I sometimes get it wrong.

Finally, in this case, I discovered that the OP could get what they said that they wanted close to their budget, so that's what I proposed.
