When I 1st open a webpage its taking way to long. Heck my 2011Hp loaded much faster than this new Pc i built using 1ssd and 1hdd. I have run speedtest often and my speeds are where they should be. I also did this http://nontroppo.org/timer/ and the 1st times it gave were slow, in the 1000s. The second time I did it its was less than 10. So im confused. This site takes probobaly 15s to fully load, facebooks even worse.
