What is the best AM3+ I can get for $100 or so? I would need it to have two PCI 2.0 x16 slots, and support a high overclock. Thanks!

IMO, this is one of the best AM3+ boards, GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD5.

The few things that Gigabyte had going for them on the AM3+ boards: Higher power phase count and better cooling.
