I keep getting very frequent BSODs, and I can't figure out what the problem is. I have crush dumps turned on, but they won't save. I also have Windows 7.

I upgraded to 16 gigs of ram about 4 months ago, so that could be the problem, but I doubt it since the blue screens are just happening now.

here's a picture of it:

Solution
look for a update to Microsoft Storage Port Driver storport.sys
-sometimes these files are replace with custom versions so look for a update from your motherboard vendor first.
-this particular file is attacked by malware so run a malwarebytes
- I would also confirm your core windows files, run cmd.exe as an admin then run
sfc.exe /scannow
and confirm that it does fix any errors. If errors were fixed, reboot and run the command again. Sometimes malware undoes the fix right after your make them.

-make sure you have windows 7 service pack 1 installed and updates

you could also get this if you are getting memory corruption because of incorrect RAM settings.
In that case you would update your BIOS or reset it to defaults boot on a...

In that case you would update your BIOS or reset it to defaults boot on a memtest86 image and run the memory test to confirm your memory settings are ok. (no overclocking should be enabled)

I ran Malwarebytes a few times, but I'm running it again just in case.
"sfc.exe /scannow" didn't find anything.
I have service pack 1

I have an Alienware, so where would I look for a storport.sys update?

I would download and run memtest86 to confirm your basic hardware works as expected.
I would put the actual memory .dmp file on a server and post a link. Sometimes you can have other drivers loaded that corrupt the data of the driver that is in memory next to them. These tend to result in different errors on each boot of the machine.
