Hi, i was just wondering if i could take like a GB of my 8 GB of RAM for more VRAM on my HP2000 Intel HD 4000 Graphics, its a Laptop by the way.

Normally an option with the laptops BIOS to adjust the amount of RAM assigned to the video buffer.

Also the Intel video driver may have some options to adjust the amount of ram it can use.

These days, the RAM allocation happens as and when the video card requires it.

VRAM doesn't do much unless your GPU can make use of that VRAM, in this case it won't. Integrated graphics card uses system RAM dynamically as its VRAM, so it should use all it needs and there isn't much you can do to improve the situation, not to mention that allocating more RAM to VRAM results in reduced RAM, which could negatively impact your performance even more.
