When using gamestream on an Nvidia Shield Portable, does it kick other users off of the computer your streaming from?

Hey guys, so the title pretty much says it all. If I bought an Nvidia Shield Portable (which I'm thinking I really want at this point) when using gamestream, whether on wifi or on broadband, will it disconnect other users off of the computer, and if not will it make it laggy to hell where another person can't actually use it? My computer specs:
Gtx 670 ftw evga 2gb
I7 3820 oc 4.3ghz
16gb ram
I can currently run multiple games at the same time without lag, so I'm assuming it wouldn't lag. I have windows 7, so if I started gamestream on the shield and another person was either currently playing a game or logged onto the computer right after I started streaming, would they be able to use the computer?

while the tablet could indeed be worth it, it does not have a built in gamepad, and makes playing, Skyrim, for example, hard. You would have to ballance the tablet on your knees while wirelessly playing it with a specially made gamepad($60). At the end of everything, you would end up spending 460 dollars. In my book, not worth it. My portable works fine, besides the fact that I cannot use the gamestream, due to my personal internet woes. It will work if you do have fast enough internet. Anything above 10 mbs/sec should be good.
Good luck,

Your computer will behave like you are playing on it everything you do will be shown on the monitor so nobody else will be able to play a game but they can watch you play the game like a private gameplay ;)
