quick question can a bad power supply cause stuttering in league?

iv been playing league and im getting some really bad stuttering in the end

i did ddu and did a complete reinstall of my graphics card driver.

i have a cx600 v2

But so can other things.

One quick check on your power supply is to look at the 12v, 5v and 3.3v rail readings in bios. If any are more than 0.2V away from nominal then I'd be suspect of the PSU even more.

well my 12v rail has gone to 11.7 before according to hw monitor
