FX-8350 temps. Over-heating?

I ran prime95 for 10 mins and got the following temps. on HWinfo64. not sure whether to be worried or not. i've re-applied the thermal paste correctly...
Ambient temps: 20C
Specs:
Mobo: asus m5a99fx pro r2.0
ram: corsair xms3 2x4GB
cpu: AMD fx-8350
cooler: CM hyper 212x
Psu: CM thunder 600W
GPU: XFX r9 280x DD 3GB

As far as i know.....33 C-40 C are fine for seagate HDDs.
besides its not what i'm worried about....what's your opinion on the cpu temps. should I re-apply the thermal paste, just to be clear?

I'm gonna go ahead and say those are normal temps for that CPU. But i got a few questions. Did you overclock? and do you have an aftermarket heatsink?

What I am saying is that HWINFO is telling you in the S.M.A.R.T data that your Seagate hard drive is failing (Warning = Yes). You do want to pay attention to that, and it has nothing to do with the temperatures.

70 is too high after 10 minutes and it wouldn't hurt to reapply thermal paste.
