Looking for a PC that can handle gaming and streaming , as the title says looking to spend around $1200 (including the OS)

also prefer a quiet, cool, running pc

Solution
The Xeon E3 1226 doesn't support hyper threading, it would have no benefits over an Intel i5 Haswell processor.

Complete build including SSD and Windows. The E3 1231's hyper threading feature will help you with streaming aswell as 16GB RAM in there. The GTX 970 will smash any game at 1080 up to 1440p really well.
