According to ark.intel.com, you have an Intel HD Graphics 3000. It is an OK graphics card. It is enough for low level gaming on low resolutions and low settings. The games will definitely be playable and you may be able to pull off low to medium settings depending on the resolution you are going to play in. You may want to consider dedicated graphics card options from nvidia or AMD if you want better performance.

You may be able to play the other games also if you lower the resolution further. Also don't forget to set the power settings to high performance before playing. Futhermore you can tweak the Intel HD Graphics settings by right clicking on the desktop and clicking on the approriate option (For me it's Graphics Properties...)

I am not sure what could be wrong. Post a screenshot of the game and try increasing the settings as much as possible (don't touch antialiasing). Just keep experimenting while you get the right combination.
