I can only play Watch Dogs 1080p and medium settings and still my FPS may get under 25 in some places. I`ve watched videos where people play with equivalent specs and they can play much higher settings. I checked that while playing GPU usage goes almost always 99% and CPU 60-80%. Is there any way to run this game smoother?

6Gb DDR3
Nvidia GTX 850M 4Gb DDR3, OC +120/+120mhz (+10% more performance)
500Gb HDD + 24Gb SSD
Windows 8.1
Graphics card drivers have been updated, temperatures are ok and I don`t have similar problems with other games.
