GPU is an nvidia GForce 660TI
PSU is a corsair corsair cx600m
the CPU is an Intel core I7 4770
the Motherboard(new yesterday) is the Asus ATX Moederbord H81-Gamer
cooler Corsair Water Koeler Hydro H60 2013 AMD & Intel
all is connected just as a pc should

and with or without a gcard it gives me no vision.

I have resetted the CMOS but without results the leds wont burn because the PC boots through to windows(i see it come online in Teamvieuwer) and i can take it over and se my PC but nope no beep/led codes and no post on screen or something after that

That's really strange, I would have to guess the motherboard is not working correctly if neither the CPU or dedicated GPU graphics are working.

I can't figure out if the motherboard actually has bios flashback (don't need CPU or memory installed, just PSU and motherboard) to let you update the bios without the display working.

If the motherboard is known to be good, then there must be another element that isn't working. If the onboard graphics aren't working and the CPU/motherboard are good, everything on the motherboard/PSU is hooked up correctly, then it's got to be the cable or the monitor.

Something isn't right, so taking the GPU out of the mix, it must be the motherboard, connections, cables or monitor.

problem is the monitors work when i connect something else ont the same port/cable it works fulle e even my other monitor.

when i taker out my gpu and connect it to onboard still nothing but i hear the PC booting.

I would guess something is seriously wrong with the motherboard then. Without being able to update the bios and if the motherboard is brand new (no jumpers missing or anything from possible previous owner), the only option other than testing the parts in another computer, the motherboard would need to be returned.

i already replaced the MOB and tested in another PC but then it DOES work thats the weird part.
i Already gave in MY procc for RMA to have it checked since when its connected onboard the procc should use his Vmem to give a post.

It works in another PC with your CPU and memory in it?

If that's the case, I'd go back to looking at connections and possible short circuits. It's got to be something specific to your machine if it works in another case.

Another thing to try is to try running the motherboard outside of the case. Just have the motherboard, cpu, cpu cooler and memory installed with the power supply plugged in, but not installed into the case. If the motherboard is sitting on the anti-static bag or cardboard etc, then it helps get rid of the possibility of the motherboard or another component grounding to the case.

ok i tried in MY pc 2 motherboards 2 diffrent sets of RAM with and without gcard and with andwithout HDD's
i tried the MOBO's and the RAM in another PC setup and it did work. the only thing i did not replace yet is y proc.
so now i send it for RMA to have it checked and stuff.
