Hello, I have an iPad mini with Retina since 3/5/15, and the other day, I noticed that my lock button is wiggly and makes a slight noise when set down on a solid surface. Also, my home button has a slight amount of play when wiggled side to side, and sits slightly below the glass screen.. All buttons function perfectly, I just want to know if this is a serious issue.
I bought it through Best Buy, and have 1 year of complete warranty that includes accidental damage.
I want to keep the device that I have, because I don't really care about the buttons as long as they still, and will, continue to, function normally. I also am not interested in getting a refurbished device or a device with one of the other multiple known issues (screen unevenness, dead pixels...)
If anyone else has had this "problem" with any apple device, I would be interested in their feedback. Again, as long as this isn't a really big deal and does not affect the performance of the iPad, I would rather not use my warranty claim.
