I just downloaded HWmonitor and tested it while playing league of legends on very high settings without AA and VS. I noticed that my GPU memory clock is maxed at 2700mhz. Is it normal? We all know that you can play leauge of legends on a toaster right? my cpu is i3 4150 and my gpu is GTX 750ti..i would be thankful for some answers from experts out there :)

Yes. Mine maxes just watching youtube videos or moving a lot of stuff on the screen (only briefly maxes). Your memory clock is almost always going to max when a lot of stuff is moving around on the screen, or your operating at like 30fps. My memory clock maxes at 1840 and it's at 600 just on this website, So it's normal, your card is doing what you bought it to do.
