Hello, I was wondering, since i sleep really close to my pc if it is ok to completely shut it down, even from the wall switches so that i won't have electricity near me during resting... I have the power supply cable on a different wall switch isolated from the speakers, 2 monitors, and led lights .. Will it be ok if every night I switch off the monitors, speakers, power supply by pressing their power off button and then turn off their wall switch completely? Or will it cause any kind of damage to them over the long run because they may need to get some continues flow of electricity all the time?

What do you mean, is it ok? Sure, it's more than ok even! You should always do that to save electricity.

As has been said, the BIOS/CMOS battery stores all of your date/time, etc settings, and last for ages (in my experience, around 5 years). The only issue I can think of would be surges/spikes due to very poor quality wiring, but that's highly unlikely. All of my home/work PCs in the last 15 years have been switched off at the wall, and I've never had any real problems.
