Installation says evaluation copy?

I'm wanting to install windows 8.1 pro on a new system, I created a bootable USB Using everything from microsofts website, when I boot the PC up everything goes as usual and I get to the setup page but in the corner it says evaluation copy, build 9926, why is this Appearing on the installation?

I havnt installed it yet until i know what this is there for

"Build 9926" is Windows 10.
Exactly what my test box is showing right now.

I don't really understand this But I also had a word with Microsoft about this and they said its Impossible. When I first downloaded the boot media it took about 9 hours, I explained this to them and they said that is also Impossible as it should only take about 20 minutes.

After the chat I re-downloaded it and it did infact take about 20 minutes, God knows whats happened there, But I do know for sure it was Windows 8,
