Download and run http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html See what it says under memory, it will also help give me more information on your system to figure out if those would be a good fit or not.

I believe the motherboard uses the Q45 chipset. In which case the chipset supports DDR2 or DDR3 memory. However, it appears the motherboard supports DDR2 memory. So the G.Skill memory (part number F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL) is not compatible because it is DDR3 memory instead.
