So the gpu is okay? or do i need to change it. btw, my range of budget is around 650$ (30,000PHP) . I thought of putting most of the budget on motherboard and powersupply for future upgrade.

Here you go bro. Checked the prices at tipidpc.com and tried to create a build from dynaquest, amounted to 30,420 without the case since on you're initial specs there was no case stated. If you need one then just go for the cheapest, just make sure it's compatible, at least an mATX case.

If you have extra budget, i suggest you get an SSD, definitely worth it when in comes to programming.

Take note that the GPU is a PNY brand, since we dont have one here, i suggest you get the Palit JetStream GTX 960 for 9,950 at dynaquest, you can overclock it anyways.

Hmmmm . I see. it's much better than my build. can you make another build for 600US$(27,000) . I forgot the include the Monitor(3000) . so 600US$(27000) for the build without monitor. Sorry .

Get the EVGA GTX 750 ti, it's $50 dollars cheaper than the 960 and can run BF4 ultra settings (aa turned off) w/ 50 fps.

You can just change the video card to a 750Ti if you still need a monitor. Either go with a Palit or Zotac, same performance wise, go with dual fans if you wish to.

As for the monitor, $3000 would only get you 21" or less. I strongly suggest you save a little bit more and get at least a 23" - 24" 1080p monitor, a lot of difference with a smaller size screen.
