I want to be able to play the newer games well, and my current setup isn't gonna cut it. This picture shows most of what I have http://puu.sh/gN7lM/a601656a51.png and I only have a 460W power supply. I don't want to change anything except the graphics card, so what should I get in the 150-250$ range? Note the case for the XPS 8300 isn't very big so a smaller card would be needed I think.
