I added 2 new case fans, an exhaust blowing out the top, and an extra intake in the front. Temps now idle at 45-53, while going 58-64 under full load. Using stock heatsink with dynex paste. Not doing too bad if I do say so myself, I'll be replacing the stock heatsink with an Evo 212 when I decide it's time, along with arctic silver paste, because why not?
I am going to guess in your original configuration had different fans in your system fighting each other, not properly positioned for unified airflow. So before spending more money, see if the left hand is helping the right hand.
Why do you presume the temperatures are correct when the voltages are way out of specs? Use AMD Overdrive to check the thermal margin, not software that obviously doesn't work with your motherboard and CPU.
