My "calculations per second" went down

Hi everyone
First of all my processor is i5-3230M CPU @ 2.6GHz
When I uses the Windows7 rating (the one that evaluate your pc components), I got about 7 points for the "calculations per second but few days ago I felt that my pc is stating to be slow so I tried it again and then I got 4.9 for the "calculations per second".
I have no idea why it went down on its own. I verified my matérials and all 4cores was showen with no problems.
Does anyone knows what's the problem and haw can I fixe it?

Slow is subjective and inaccurate. What is slow, startup, file access or video rendering/benchmarks?

Startup and file access indicate a hard drive rather than a cpu problem. Or you just got some malicious software on your pc, slowing it down.

Sorry but haw exactly do I see that? because for me I just run a Cleaner then a Fix for registry issues and then close it I'm not a pro at it

Run through all tabs of ccleaner and remove everything it finds. If that however does not better (or fix) the issue, a windows reinstall after a HDD/partition wipe (format) is your best bet.

Go to the startup tab of ccleaner, there is where most of the crapware shows up, if that doesn't work, then its time for a fresh install.

Both are good, use whatever version you already have.
