My PC specs:
CPU - i5 3330
Motherboard - asus p8b75-m lx plus
RAM - 4gbx2 ddr3 1600 mhz
PSU - Aerocool Strike-X 600W
GPU (what i have now) - gtx 660 ti
GPU (what i want to buy) - gtx 970\980

and question - will this PC be fine with gtx 970\980 or i should buy another CPU+Motherboard or new PSU ???

Solution
Yes, but you need to ditch the Aerocool Strike-X. It's a tier 5 "replace immediately" tiered unit. Which means it sucks pretty bad and is known to cause damage to system hardware or itself, when used with high end components. You want a Tier 1 or Tier 2 unit for use with the GTX 970 or 980 of at least 550w capacity. Using a low end budget PSU with either of those, or any, gaming cards, is a bad idea.
