intel core i5 4th generation 1.7ghz upto 2.7ghz turbo boost. 4gb ram, 1tb hdd, 2gb nvidia geforce 820m graphic card, and win 8.1 64 bit. your opinion matters a lot.

nver played gta 4, but from what i heard it is a badly ported one and needs a llarge amt of cpu power.

you gpu should be fine for maybe medium settings.

BTW- that laptop isnt meant much for gaming . but it will do fine
