Hello guys,
I am building a pc and I am a little bit confused in picking the ram my current choice is this ram http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f32400c11d16gsr
Now it is supported by my motherboard gigabyte gaming 5
But I have some questions

1) The i5 4690k specifications say that it supports only 1333 and 1600 mhz ram and the ram voltage is limited to only 1.5 volts so if I install the g.Skill sniper ram of 2400 mhz and voltage 1.65 will it work.
2) Will it affect my cpu like shortening its life.
3) Am i wasting my money by buying a higher clocked ram as the cpu will down clock the ram to meet its specifications.

Thanks guys

Solution
First things first - do not ever buy Memory from Memory for Less - the Snipers you show sell for about $115 at the Egg, TD, and other places

Of the last sets you show, go the Trident X, great sticks.
1) - "if I install the g.Skill sniper ram of 2400 mhz and voltage 1.65 will it work. " - Yes

2) No

3) No

I recommend 2 x 4gb 1866 cl9 1.5V eg Mushkin Redline, GSkill Ares or Sniper - as the best bang for the buck right now. Or 2 x 8gb for 'future proof'
