Will the GTX 970 MSI fit in my cabinet?

I dont know the model name of my cabinet.
Here is the dimension-
My Cabinet's Length is-40cm
My Cabinet's Breadth/Height is-35.3cm
My Cabinet's Thickness is-16.2cm
I am currently using Nvidia GTX 650 Graphics Card and it is correctly fitted.
Will the GTX 970 MSI Edition will work?Remember that i Have two 80mm Cooling fans.

Thats not going to help much, measure the distance between the back of the case along the line of your graphics card until the point where a longer card would collide with something

I think the GTX 970 will have no problem with the Long/Length.
I am worried about the breadth.

The plate will be the same size as the 650 currently installed. However the 970's heatsink might be too wide to fit your case, you will have to measure that too
