Hello!

Firstly I want to say I do not speak English natively, sorry for mistakes :/.

I'm with a trouble, I made an upgrade on my computer (I changed the Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 and the GA-G41MT (Gigabyte) to an i5 4440 and the H81M-A (Asus)), but when I turn on the computer normally, the screen 'Initializing Windows' appears and a blue screen comes very quickly then the PC back to restart, just thought it would be conflict of the old motherboard to the new, or something, so I tried booting with the Windows CD to repair or format then, but another problem: when set the BIOS to boot from the CD / DVD drive and restart the PC, the boot freezes on the first screen ("Press DEL or F2 to enter setup ') and after a few minutes it goes to the BIOS. Without CD in the CD/DVD drive it passes the boot screen and go to the Windows (and back to blue screen, etc.), just have a CD in the CD / DVD the screen freezes.

My specs:

SO: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
CPU: intel Core i5 4440 (3.1 GHz)
RAM: 4,00GB DDR3 @ 1333 MHz
MOBO: Asus H81M-A/BR
VIDEO: 1023MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Gigabyte)
HD: 298GB SAMSUNG HD322GJ ATA Device (SATA)
PSU: Corsair CX430

What could be the problem? Someone has an idea?

Thanks!
