How can I bypass the requirement for admin password when steam is downloaded?

Hello, i want to know how I'll be able to install steam onto my computer without the need for using the admin password.
If there is a way, can you please let me know (i dont mind whether its by a bypass/glitch or by download all the steam files from somewhere like mediafire)

BTW; Its on a closed, semi-public network, so I am unable to get the permission of the admin

Then you are out of luck. The admin of the system and network has deemed it necessary to restrict random people from installing stuff.
Either ask him, or go elsewhere.
